DISNEY JUNIOR WEEKEND PARTY TV CHANNEL EVENT
Implementation of the communication strategy for the Disney Junior themed channel dedicated to preschoolers.
Promote content from Disney Junior’s animated series to build anticipation for new episodes and products inspired by the characters. The client requested to primarily target children who love the channel and their parents, creating a newsworthy event from both PR and Social angles.
Aspen handled the design and management of the entire event. The organization included the k-visual creative development, the online communication, the booking system’s management through the setup of an ad hoc secretary, the location scouting and the scenographic project definition. Strategic activities also included the production of entertainment formats inspired by the characters of the channel (Vampirina, Puppy Dog, Mickey Mouse and The Friends of the Rally).
The Torneria Tortona venue welcomed over a thousand people with a dedicated slot reserved to influencers, mum bloggers and the press. During the event, guests were entertained by a series of recreational and educational activities. Both Mickey and Vampirina ‘personally’ attended the event greeting guests and posing for souvenir pictures.
