“UN PASSO AVANTI” ROADSHOW PROJECT
Initiate a discussion on “inclusion” within a corporate path that fosters a shared growth and the development of an inclusive leadership.
Engage Vodafone employees through a roadshow across the cities where the corporate headquarters are based.
A variety of sessions were offered to the employees: workshops, facilitated by professional coaches, intended to highlight and classify the major diversity issues perceived within the company; group sessions allowing employees to submit solutions/projects to the CEO destined for the different locations; networking activities involving employees from different areas.
Aspen identified and selected the most relevant locations that were aligned with the project, handling and coordinating every detail from the logistics, to the executive aspects required for a fully operational roadshow, including the set-up and all technical projects.
